My thoughts after reading
Powerful: Building a culture of freedom and responsibility. While I dont agree with everything written I did take away the following that I'd like to see at every place I work.
⇒ Foster freedom and resposibility
Open, clear and constant communication about the work to be done and challenges. This should go both ways, from management to individuals and vice versa.
⇒ Every single team member understands the business
Constant communication from management about challenges / oppurtunities.
⇒ Cultivate strong opinions that are weakly held
Argue on facts, change opinions when faced with data.
⇒ Focus on the future
Consistent northstar aligned with the business
